Supervisors approve $916 property tax abatement for mobile home removed in 2023

Treasurer Beth Gerlach asked the board to abate real estate taxes for a mobile home on leased land that was removed in September 2023 and had been assessed to Anthony Curtis Bell. The board voted to approve Resolution #1177-04-28-2026, authorizing an abatement of $916 covering tax years FY19/20 through FY24/25.
The motion was moved by Supervisor Mike Steines, seconded by Supervisor Nin Flagel and carried with all three supervisors recorded as voting aye. The abatement is recorded in Resolution Book 5, page 366 and the Auditor noted that records are available in the Auditor’s Office and on the county website.
