Selectboard approves warrants, payroll and prior meeting minutes; one recusal noted

The board also approved payroll warrants dated 12/15/24, 12/29/24 and 1/12/25 on a motion by Clayton Woodworth, seconded by Scott McCarthy. Finally, the board approved the Selectboard meeting minutes for Dec. 9, 2024 and Dec. 16, 2024 on a motion by Chris Wade, seconded by Tyler Mitchell; the minutes record these approvals as carried.
