City Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson updated the council on Asotin Days planning and advised that vendors will not be permitted on First Street during the event.
"They do not want vendors on first street. If they are going to be a vendor, they need to be at the city park with all the events. The ones that have paid can either move to the park or refund their money," Davidson said. She said a full schedule of events will be released soon and that she will notify vendors of the change.
Davidson also reported a large, annual baptism at Chief Looking Glass Park that draws many visitors and reminded staff and council members to register on the new insurance website to access Risk Pool resources.
