Councilmember Steve Cowdrey moved to pursue the committee’s recommendation to change the city’s insurance provider to Washington Cities Insurance Association (WCIA) and to authorize Mayor Dwayne Paris and Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson to sign the necessary documentation; Councilmember Craig Stein seconded the motion.
