Webster described suffering harm and said local law enforcement had not addressed his concerns. A third commenter asked about the process for appointing a student council member from the high school; staff described the usual process (solicit letters of interest at the start of the calendar year, nominate and vote) and said staff would coordinate with the high school principal.
