Board schedules feedback session for proposed restaurant at Main and Maple pad

The architect has a site plan and a special use permit from 2022 for a freestanding restaurant; staff told the board the applicant would like informal feedback during a virtual session on Dec. 26 and that a complete submittal would need to be filed by Jan. 7 to appear on the Jan. 21 meeting agenda.
The board was reminded that the Dec. 26 session will be virtual and limited to two voting members to avoid creating a public meeting quorum; staff will circulate materials if received in advance. Members indicated they might attend the Dec. 26 feedback session but noted holiday scheduling constraints.
