Board of Architectural Review elects Jim Glockner chair; Kendall Wisniewski named secretary

Chair Glockner then nominated Kendall Wisniewski for secretary. That nomination was seconded and approved by voice vote with no objections. Andrews said staff would follow up with a written approval letter noting the appointments and any administrative next steps.
The votes were routine and procedural; the board discussed timing and logistics for future meetings and rehearsals but took no additional formal actions on the topic. The meeting proceeded to consider a BAR application for Shanti Spa at 500 East Main.
