At a brief public hearing that opened at 5:33 p.m. and closed at 5:35 p.m., Gray & Osborne’s Michael Woodkey presented elements of Soap Lake’s updated six-year Transportation Improvement Plan and identified the Daisy Street sidewalks as the primary project under consideration. City staff noted a follow-up public hearing will be scheduled in June to cover planning years 2026–2031.
No members of the public spoke during the March hearing. The council took the presentation as information and proceeded later in the meeting to adopt Resolution 2025-1027 to update the city’s TIP and direct state filing.
