Councilmember Gorman moved the measure and Councilmember Carson seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The resolution identifies the Daisy Street sidewalks among the projects to be addressed in the plan and schedules another public hearing in June for planning years 2026–2031. The council did not receive public comment on the item during the March hearing, which began at 5:33 p.m. and closed at 5:35 p.m. The action was recorded as Resolution 2025-1027, filed for state review as directed by the council.
