City Planner Kovach told the council that the public hearing on the McKay rezone produced favorable comments and that the application is complete.
"The public hearing was positive for those attending and the application is complete," Kovach said. He added that the Comprehensive Plan will be updated to include the rezone, will be reviewed by the city attorney, and then brought back to council for acceptance, with an anticipated completion around April 2025.
