Councilmember Bryson moved, and Councilmember Rushton seconded, "motion to accept the ordinance of the City of Soap Lake, Washington, adopting the 2025 annual budget providing estimated revenues and appropriated expenditures for the operation of the City." The motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers noted that line items can be adjusted and budget amendments may be brought forward for approval during the year.
