Willard City Council voted to adopt Ordinance 2024-12 on Sept. 26, 2024, amending the municipal code to change the Subdivision Land Use Authority (SLUA) definition to 'PART' to align with updated state naming conventions. The Planning Commission had previously held a public hearing and recommended the amendment to the council.
Council Member Rod Mund moved to adopt the ordinance and Council Member Mike Braegger seconded the motion; roll-call votes from the council were recorded as unanimous among those voting. Council accepted the planning commission’s recommendation during this portion of the meeting.
