If the council formally accepts the petition, staff will undertake a thorough review to determine whether the annexation meets legal and certification requirements before final action.
The petition lists parcels 13-005-039, 0040, 0041, 0042, 0044 and 0052 as the area proposed for incorporation into the city. The council did not vote on final zoning or development approvals at this meeting; those will be considered after staff completes the certification review and reports back.
