Fruman told the committee that Roth joins from the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), where she worked as a policy associate on behavioral population and public health teams and supported projects on health and housing. The chair moved the resolution with leave for staff to make technical and conforming changes; the committee took a voice vote and the chair declared the ayes have it, approving the appointment.
