The South Weber City Planning Commission approved the Oct. 10, 2024 minutes during its Nov. 14 meeting. Commissioner Julie Losee called for the vote; Commissioners Losee, Chad Skola and Chris Roberts voted in favor while Commissioner Gary Boatright abstained because he had been excused from the earlier meeting.
The vote was taken as part of the consent agenda, a routine set of items considered together. City Attorney Jayme Blakesley had reminded the commission earlier in the meeting that “for every action taken there should be a motion, a second to the motion, a discussion on the motion, and a vote on the motion,” underscoring the procedural steps followed for the consent item. The commission carried the motion to approve the minutes.
