The Calvert County Planning Commission voted unanimously Sept. 18 to approve final subdivision SD138229 — Prince Frederick Crossing Phase 4, Lots 1–22 — after staff certified that conditions of the preliminary approval from Feb. 23, 2022 had been met.
Tamara Blake Wallace, planning commission administrator, presented the certification and outlined the commission’s options: approve as certified, approve with changes, request additional information (defer), or disapprove. After a procedural clarification — a numbering typo in the packet — a motion to “recommend approval as certified” was made and seconded and passed on a voice vote.
The approval completes the final-review step for Phase 4 and moves the subdivision toward recordation and subsequent permitting as required by county processes. No amendments to the certified conditions were proposed at the meeting.
