Board hears budget report showing General Fund balance above projection

Board Chair Donald Collins presented the budget status report on March 20, saying the General Fund was budgeted for a fund balance of $262,578 but the actual balance is $272,353.22. He also reported Capital Projects current balance of $23,261 (budgeted $28,350), ASB at $2,523.86 (started at $2,420), and Transportation at $138,550.03 (budgeted $135,788).
Collins questioned why a $2,400 expense for a Gaga Ball Court had not been deducted; Amber Warren said the item will be addressed when the budget is updated in April. The board recorded the figures and did not take further action during the meeting.
