After conducting hearings and voting on a subdivision and on a rezoning (both approved unanimously), Commissioner Briley moved to adjourn at 5:32 p.m.; Commissioner Fox seconded. Municipal Clerk Karen Reed attested the minutes and noted the next regular meeting is scheduled for July 20, 2026. "Yes, they have," Reed confirmed earlier when asked whether legal notices had been posted for the hearings.
