• Valley Road (0 Valley Road, Map 48 Lot 7; applicant Corey Lou) — the commission closed the continued hearing, approved an Order of Conditions with standard and staff-drafted special conditions; one commissioner abstained. Staff will record the order; a 10-day appeal period applies.
• 14 Newton Street (Map 54 Lot 49; applicant Jamie Falcone) — the commission closed the continued hearing and issued an Order of Conditions after staff confirmed DEP paperwork and the inclusion of stormwater mitigation (dry well sized to infiltrate at least 1 inch of runoff per roof). Staff will record and distribute the signed order.
• Sarsonstone Way (DEP 290-100) — the commission issued a partial Certificate of Compliance for two undeveloped lots tied to the historic subdivision; staff will continue an archival search for original as-built documents.
• 65C School Street — staff recommended and the commission issued a Certificate of Compliance after the homeowner restored a disturbed 20-foot buffer and provided photos to mark the limit of allowed work.
• Adjournment — meeting adjourned; next meeting scheduled for August 27.
Staff was assigned follow-ups including recording Orders of Conditions and Certificates of Compliance and continuing records searches for historic subdivision files.
