Mayor Barbara Bruno signed a sworn statement, notarized by Town Clerk Robin Romero, certifying that the closed session was necessary under Utah Code §52-4-206(6)(a) and (b) to discuss the character, professional competence or health of an individual. The minutes record motions, the names of makers and seconders, and unanimous roll-call votes on the agenda approval, the motion to enter the closed session, the post-closed-session direction to staff, and the adjournment.
