Moderator described a two-day process-mapping course at the Utah Local Governments Trust and reported concrete time-savings from mapping purchase-order workflows in another jurisdiction: "by the end, it was pretty impressive on just how much time and effort we saved," the Moderator said. Participants agreed the city could pursue similar training and fold the item into the employee-development portion of the plan for follow-up.
