"The staff recommendation is to find that the property is a public nuisance and that it is a hazard to the public health, safety, and welfare, and repair of the structure would be unreasonable," staff stated. The board approved the staff recommendations and issued orders for both cases.
Board members moved to accept the staff recommendations and then to adopt the demolition orders; roll-call votes were recorded for both actions. The standard 30-day appeal window applies to both properties.
