Sweeney told the board that staff had observed few complaints from residents and that most traffic movements of concern had been from nearby residents rather than construction traffic.
The board approved the reduction while directing staff to follow up with the traffic consultant and to maintain security for the remaining listed items until certified by the township engineer.
