Several speakers asked the Commission to require an 8-foot masonry wall rather than a 6-foot wall and to prohibit active access from Harper Way for the RV lot. Paul Sturm objected to perceived rushed packet distribution and said the property’s current zoning is 'A' not 'R1.' Commissioners recorded these concerns, discussed technical constraints related to the Riverdale Bench Canal and an existing Public Works building, and in the CUP vote required an 8-foot wall, landscaping per buffer requirements and full asphalt paving.
