Amber Lane said staff are seeking approximately $130,000 in additional appropriations to start mitigation contracts (fencing and other measures) and hoped to get contractors mobilized in late July. Council expressed concern about increased police calls if hours are changed before mitigation is in place and asked staff to prioritize sound-control work.
