Staff announced that the September 4 regular meeting will be converted into a site tour to review Envision Dublin special area plans and that one item originally on that agenda has been postponed to Sept. 18. Staff said the tour will allow commissioners to visit active plan areas and observe application contexts in the field.
Commissioners discussed start times and agreed that 5:30 a.m. (sic) [intended: 5:30 p.m.] would work; staff confirmed 5:30 p.m. to take advantage of daylight. (At the meeting the participants confirmed "05:30 it is" as the start time.) The conversion aims to give commissioners direct, on-site context for areas covered by Envision Dublin as the commission begins to review more applications.
