The Springdale Town Council convened a special meeting on Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The council voted unanimously to approve the special-meeting agenda after a motion by Randy Aton and a second by Pat Campbell.
After addressing the closed-session matters and directing staff to act, Council member Kyla Topham moved to adjourn the special meeting at 4:40 p.m.; Pat Campbell seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes were signed by Town Clerk Robin Romero and approved by Mayor Barbara Bruno on Feb. 11, 2026. A recording of the public meeting is available on the town’s YouTube channel.
