Commission signs off on Creekside Woods Phase 1 final plat

The Planning Commission approved the final plat for Creekside Woods Phase 1 (FP2615) by a 4–0 vote. Staff said most streets and building pads are already in place and that the project conforms to the approved detailed development plan.
Tru Cook, the project's development manager, told commissioners utilities are in and once the plat is recorded the developer can get gas and electric service installed and the builder can start constructing homes. "We're hoping before the summer's out, we're fully underway with bridal home construction," Cook said. The commission approved the plat and staff indicated the record plan would be signed after the meeting.
