Winkler elected chair in absentia; Roberts named vice chair of Huber Heights PMRB

The board then nominated John Roberts for vice chair. A motion to elect Roberts was seconded and approved on a roll-call vote. Two members—Christopher Darren and John Roberts—were sworn in after the vote. The acting chair noted Winkler was not present and that his oath would be deferred to a later meeting. The agenda for the evening was approved without objection.
