Stansbury Park trustees sworn in; board keeps office staff as clerk and treasurer, elects Jake Clegg chair

Newly elected members of the Stansbury Park Improvement District board were sworn in and the board confirmed existing office staff to continue in the clerk and treasurer roles.

At the meeting, trustees recited the oath of office. The board then considered whether to hold clerk and treasurer duties with board members or continue with office staff. Staff had recommended that the district keep separate staff performing clerk and treasurer duties to preserve separation of responsibilities. The board voted unanimously to retain the staff records: staff referred to the clerk as Marilyn and the treasurer as Jody during the discussion; later in the motion the names were transcribed differently (see audit note).
