Committee members asked for clearer language to reconcile administrative/technical responsibilities of the finance director with the committee's policy role, and suggested reconciling the summary and the roles section. Members agreed to draft edits and continue the discussion at the next meeting so the committee can produce a clearer, consensus policy for review by the Select Board.
