Huber Heights council moves multiple items to Monday agenda, votes to enter executive session 9–0

Adam read the stated legal reasons for executive session — personnel appointment/employment matters, negotiations/bargaining with public employees, security arrangements for public events, and a conference with the law director about disputes that may lead to imminent court action under Ohio Revised Code section 121.22 — and Nancy made the motion to convene the executive session. After a roll-call vote that recorded "Yes" for Miss Baker, Mister Campbell, Miss Burge, Mayor Gore, Mister Akins, Mister Looney, Missus Kitchen, Mister Webb and Mister Davidson, the motion to go into executive session carried 9–0 at 7:33 p.m. Council reconvened at 9:45 p.m. and stated no specific action had been taken.
Appointments to boards and commissions (military & veterans commission, citizens water & sewer advisory board, arts commission reappointment) were recommended by staff and will appear as separate agenda items on Monday for formal action.
