The Stansbury Park Improvement District board approved financials and warrants dated through Nov. 18, 2025, totaling $112,277.27.
A board member moved to approve the financials and warrants and the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. The motion recorded the total amount as $112,277.27 as part of the meeting's fiscal approvals.
In the manager's operations report, Brett updated the board on a part at Well 5 that overheated and will be replaced; he explained that harmonics and the variable frequency drive programming were designed improperly and that the repair will require reprogramming and PLC work. "Unfortunately, it's past the 1 year warranty, and so that's our cost," Brett said. Staff said the replacement is scheduled and further technical adjustments will follow.
