Traill County WRD authorizes grant application for Bridge No. 55 repair on Nelson Drain No. 28

Manager Jason Lovas moved to authorize Chairman Jason Siegert and Secretary-Treasurer Jessica Spaeth to sign the application; Manager Joel Halvorson seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Engineer Nathan Trosen reported the board is negotiating a purchase agreement with Susan Bell for required right-of-way acquisition tied to Bridge 55. The board recorded the authorization to apply for grant funding and will pursue the right-of-way agreement as negotiations continue.
