Vernon County Board fills three Vernon Manor Board trustee seats

During the April 18 meeting the Vernon County Board elected three members to the Vernon Manor Board of Trustees. Supv Semke nominated Supv Meehan-Strub and the nomination carried on a unanimous voice vote; Supv Yttri nominated Barbara McNeal to the citizen seat and the Board elected her to a three‑year term. Supv Semke nominated Supv Bringe to fill the seat vacated by Supv Schweiger; Supv Mitchell seconded the nomination and the Board elected Supv Bringe to a three‑year term.
All nominations were uncontested and Chair Goede called the question; each carried on a voice vote with all present voting in favor. The elections complete the three trustee seats noted on the agenda and will be recorded in the Board's roster.
