The music committee reported 12 Rhythm & Rails locations and said the festival will be promoted through Music on Main this season. Organizers also described a partnership called "Creatives Care" with the arts council to support creative programming.
The shift keeps the festival footprint downtown, organizers said, to keep events accessible to local businesses and attendees. Board members welcomed the relocation but noted logistics for staging, sponsor placement and pedestrian flow will require coordination with the construction schedule for the park.
