Renville County commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-30 (Dec. 2) and Resolution 2025-31 (Dec. 16) authorizing payment of itemized county claims. The minutes list numerous payees across both resolutions, including major entries to the North Dakota Department of Transportation and to Wold Engineering; payroll for the month was recorded as $182,563.19.
The board also approved a 2026 beer and liquor license for Danny's Bar & Bottle Shop Inc., doing business as Country Mouse Bar, and made a series of appointments for calendar year 2026: Park Board members Diana Krause and Keith Degenstein; Weed Board member Greg Hanson; School Reorganization Board appointee Farrah Hassen; Water Resource Board member Dan Steinberger; DES Coordinator Kristy Titus (CY 2026); 9‑1‑1 Coordinator Renae Johnson; Veterans Service Officer Lynn Price; job development authority appointees and others.
The minutes list expenditures by fund: General $212,050.85; Road & Bridge $56,715.31; Infrastructure Road Fund $124,626.86; Highway Tax $47,592.58; Emergency Fund $15,000.00; 9‑1‑1 $13,413.25; and others. The board ordered the listed bills paid and the county auditor was authorized to draw warrants.
