County adopts personnel acknowledgement form and adds HIPAA and defensive driving trainings

The trainings were presented as staff resources to be implemented; the minutes record approval of the acknowledgement form but do not show formal board action to adopt the training programs themselves.
"She has sent out a document for all employees to sign stating they have seen and read the personnel policy," the minutes note.
