Commissioners approve library LOA, GIS amendment and child-services contract changes

Separately, commissioners approved an amendment to an agreement with Visions for GIS interface software. The board also approved an amended agreement between Bradford County Children and Youth Services and Merakey Pennsylvania for professional services effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and approved an amended agreement with Service Access Management, Inc., effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
