Civil Science highlights Dickinson office capacity, urges early Forest Service coordination

Roden reviewed the firm’s history on regional transportation projects and said Civil Science has handled gravel-surfaced road grading and pavement projects across western North Dakota. He told the board the company already pulled state LIDAR to create preliminary alignments and could advance to roughly 30% design without initial ground survey work. Roden framed early Forest Service discussions as essential: "permitting definitely draws that time frame in."
