Each item was moved and seconded and carried unanimously on roll call. Abrahamson moved approval of the raffle permits and other routine items; LaRocque and Poitra are recorded as seconder or mover on multiple motions. The meeting minutes record the vote results as "On roll call vote, all members voted, 'AYE'."
