Kent Indvik and Seth Demontigny of Wold Engineering briefed the Rolette County Board on opportunities under the Flex Fund to repair county roads and bridges. They told commissioners they will prepare and submit the county’s application by the Sept. 19 deadline.
Indvik and Demontigny said Wold Engineering will move forward to submit the application on behalf of Rolette County. Auditor Kimberly Wuori confirmed the county will submit its priority bridge list, which is due Aug. 19. The board did not take a formal vote; the presentation recorded that engineering would proceed with application preparation.
The presentation covered application timing and administrative responsibilities but did not include dollar amounts or a prioritized project list in the meeting minutes. The next procedural steps are the county’s bridge list submission on Aug. 19 and Wold’s grant application filing on Sept. 19.
