Council designates Limber Loop, CR‑132 and 79 intersection as EDC priorities

Next steps: staff and board members agreed to return with clearer documentation of the overlap between city‑managed projects and EDC‑eligible projects and to flesh out the administrative templates, approval checkpoints and bylaw language that would govern future delegations.
