The commission approved application 2026‑7 with nine conditions, including state campground licensing where applicable, health inspections for food service, dark‑sky lighting, numbered tents for emergency response, proof of liability insurance naming TRMF, the City of Medora and Billings County as additional insured, compliance with burn restrictions, and a weed management plan coordinated with County Weed Control.
