Billings County authorizes East River shared-use path work and Buffalo Gap coordination with USFS

Commissioner Steven Klym moved to allow Brosz to proceed with U.S. Forest Service discussions and preparation of a JPA; Commissioner James Haag seconded and the motion carried with all voting aye. The authorization directs staff and the engineering firm to continue federal coordination and to return to the commission with the drafted JPA and any required cost updates when available.
