Chairman Jason Siegert reported the board received a request from Kevin Ackerman to rent up to seven acres of district-owned wasteland in the northwest quarter of Section 28 in Bingham Township. Manager Gary Thompson moved to direct Moore Engineering and Ohnstad Twichell to gather information and draft an agreement for consideration at a future meeting; Manager Lovas seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
