Southside School Board approves agenda, payroll and consent items; payroll totals $145,846.94

The Southside School District Board of Directors approved the meeting agenda and routine financial items at its Dec. 17, 2024 meeting. Don Robbins moved to approve the agenda with Ginny Brush seconding; Chair Laurie Cox declared the motion carried unanimously.
The board then approved the November 19 regular meeting minutes and authorized December payroll and accounts payable. The minutes and payroll were approved as presented: district payroll direct deposits and warrants totaling $145,846.94; payroll accounts-payable warrants totaling $279,906.56 (as listed in the minutes); and December accounts payable of $39,295.87. The consent agenda motion was moved by Heather Stoffle and seconded by Ginny Brush and carried unanimously.
The approvals were recorded without further amendment or public objection. No individual roll-call votes beyond the documented unanimous outcomes were recorded in the minutes. The board adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
