Engineers report Elm River Dam #1–#3 improvements complete; warranty checks planned

Lyndon Pease, one of the Elm River Joint Water Resource District’s engineers, told the board that construction for Elm River Dam #1, #2 and #3 has been completed and the construction contract has been closed out. The report was given at the district’s March 17, 2026, meeting in Hillsboro.
Pease said the contractor Moore will check warranty items in the spring. The board recorded no further action on the contract at the meeting; the minutes note only the completion status and the planned warranty review.
The meeting included routine approvals and other agenda items; the board adjourned at 8:43 a.m.
