Commissioners approve Coulee Village replat with private access easement

Engineer John Sauber asked the board to allow Sauber Engineering to replat Block 3 of Coulee Village so lots could be divided between two owners. Tawny King told the board she wanted the road to remain and that she would continue to maintain it.
The board approved platting the road and creating an outlot containing King’s property and directed Sauber Engineering to prepare a private access easement. The motion passed by roll call with all commissioners voting yes.
