Mountrail County adopts HR policy updates and approves staff classifications
Summary
The board adopted two amended personnel policies and a new policy and approved three employee classifications including two full-time hires and an intern classification.
The commissioners approved revisions to Employee Handbook Policy #513 (Anti-Discrimination & Harassment) and #515 (Grievance Policy and Procedure) and adopted new Policy #516 (Name Clearing Hearing) on the recommendation of Human Resource Generalist Randi Schumaier. Separately, the board approved full-time employee classifications for Terra Grundvig with the Mountrail McKenzie Human Service Zone as a CPS Case Manager at $36 per hour ($74,880 per year), and for Leighlue Woods as a Direct Care Associate III at $22 per hour ($45,760 per year). The board also approved a temporary intern classification for Erika Littlefield in the Recorder’s office at $17 per hour not to exceed 988 hours per year.
